Bringing billions of telegram users from off-chain to on-chain
Mass Adoption
Current Challenges
Low User Engagement: Despite its connection to Telegram, the number of deeply engaged users on TON is relatively small, and overall interaction with the blockchain remains low.
Long Road to Mass Adoption: Achieving mass adoption is still a distant goal, requiring focused efforts to attract more capital and applications.
Our Strategy
Attracting Capital and Applications
Leveraging the EVM Ecosystem: By bridging TON with the EVM ecosystem, particularly Ethereum, we gain access to an extensive pool of open-source development resources, established DeFi protocols, and a wide variety of dApps. This connection not only allows TON to integrate with proven technologies but also attracts developers who are already familiar with the EVM environment. As a result, TON can continuously import innovative on-chain applications, driving further growth and adoption.
Connecting with the BTC Ecosystem: Integrating TON with the Bitcoin ecosystem, including the BTC mainnet, BTC Layer 2 solutions, and the Babylon ecosystem, opens the door to one of the largest and most capital-rich markets in the crypto space. This connection enables TON to tap into significant liquidity and user bases, potentially increasing Total Value Locked (TVL) and accelerating the growth of applications and user engagement on TON. This integration positions TON as a key player in bridging the traditional Bitcoin market with newer, more versatile blockchain technologies.
Lowering User Barriers
Native Chain Abstraction: Users can pay for gas and transaction fees on DuckChain using tokens from TON or any EVM-compatible chain, even without bridging TON. This simplifies the process, allowing users to focus on on-chain activities rather than dealing with complex cross-chain operations.
Earning Extra Yields: By using Liquid Staking Derivatives (LSD) and Liquid Staking Tokens (LST) for on-chain payments, users can maintain liquidity while earning additional yields. This feature makes TON and DuckChain more attractive to larger funds, encouraging long-term retention and participation.
Key Features of DuckChain
EVM Compatibility
DuckChain is an EVM-compatible Layer2 based on TON, providing developers with a familiar development environment and bringing more EVM applications and funds into TON.
Developer-Friendly Compatibility
By offering staking, marketplace, bonding-curve, DID, and other modules to DuckChain developers and ecosystem projects, more application modules can be easily integrated on-chain. An open-source community is also provided to enhance on-chain activity.
TON Account and Gas Compatibility
Bridged TON will be used as native gas fees, and through account abstraction compatibility, multiple tokens can be used for gas fee payment, increasing liquidity. Users can directly pay gas fees in TON Chain and have transactions packaged on DuckChain, natively aggregating the liquidity of TON and DuckChain.
